About me
Counsellor in Worthing with face-to-face, online and telephone appointments available.
As a person-centred humanistic counsellor, my approach is grounded in genuine connection and empathy. I believe in creating a safe and non-judgmental space where you can share your thoughts and emotions. Relating to others and ourselves is crucial for our overall well-
being. Drawing on my life experiences, I understand the importance of compassion and authenticity in the therapeutic process. Together, we can navigate the challenges you are facing, and I am committed to supporting you on your unique journey towards growth and well-being.
I have experience working with clients dealing with chronic health conditions, interpersonal conflict, loss, depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, sexual violence, coercive control, relationship breakdown, and thoughts of self-harm. I offer, Face-to-face, online and telephone appointments.
My qualifications
I am a fully qualified Counsellor with a BA Hons in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and hold professional indemnity insurance, an enhanced DBS certificate and am registered with the Information Commissioner's Office.
Fees
Sessions are £50 a session. A limited number of concessional places are available for clients on low incomes and/or students.
